Terms and Conditions for buying Ben's Cookies

LONDON DELIVERY SERVICES

Making a purchase:

  • All orders for delivery must be made at least 3 hours before the time they are desired.
  • The cut-off for all orders is 3pm no deliveries will be made after this time.
  • For orders greater than 100 cookies we require 48 hours notice.
  • Any cancellations or amendments to an order must be made by calling 0207 9297631 by 4pm the day before the delivery date. We do not accept same day cancellations or amendments.
  • If for any reason we are unable to complete your order, we will contact you and ask you to amend your order.

Deliveries:

  • Orders will be delivered to the collection point named by yourself. If there are any problems when delivering we will contact you by telephone.
  • If any part of an order is missing (or is rejected) on delivery, the customer must inform us immediately by calling our telephone number 0207 929 7631.

Price and Payment:

  • All prices will be set as on the order form, and are current at date of order of products.
  • A till receipt is delivered with all orders.
  • Payments may be made by cash, credit card or debit cards. Payments will be charged against your account at time of order.

MAIL ORDER SERVICES

Making a purchase:

  • We do not despatch on weekends and Bank Holidays. The order will be processed on the first working day of the week.
  • Orders over 100 cookies require 48 hours notice before they can be sent out.
  • If for any reason we are unable to complete your order, we will contact you and ask you to amend your order.

Deliveries:

  • All orders will be posted on the date announced by you. We post all cookies using the Royal Mail.  All cookie orders are sent by Next Day Delivery and are guarenteed to arrive by 3pm the next working day.
  • Merchandise is sent 1st class using Royal Mail. Arrival times cannot be guarenteed.
  • In the event of a postal strike, we will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. However, this may mean holding your order back a while, until the postal strike is over.
  • If any part of an order is missing or broken on delivery, the customer must inform us immediately by calling our telephone number 0207 929 7631.

Price and Payment:

  • All prices will be set as on the Website, and are current at date of order of products.
  • The cost of shipping is set and will be known to you before you complete your order. These costs are directly related to both the weight and size of your order.
  • A till receipt is delivered with all orders.
